About Weekend Therapy in the Desert

I offer in-person therapy in Palm Springs or online via video. I see clients mostly on the weekends and I can be available some Fridays in the evening if needed. I have a few Mondays per month available as well. While I value a work life balance I will also do my best to accommodate my clients. 

Due to the pandemic, healthcare changed for a lot of us. There have been advances in technology that have opened doors and increased accessibility to healthcare, while for some people those same advances have left them feeling more isolated from resources. 

For some people, there has been this ever longing increase of isolation when it comes to healthcare options, pushing people's interactions to less personable, less meaningful, and less therapeutic avenues. 

Have you been told "I don't see people in the office anymore" after COVID-19 or have you maybe experienced a version of providers only being available when you're working and they say "Well, you can take your phone to the car and use the video from there"? 

In my practice I strive to create a safe space as you need it to be. This looks different for people. While I may not be an expert in all areas I fully support and embrace all differences of people. Whether you've faced marginalization or judgement based on  race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. The list can go on but in short you are investing in yourself, to have time away from that which could make you feel uncomfortable. Therapy is designed around you and works to help you feel safe and at ease, to process as you need.
